WELCOME Constructed in the early 1900s, it was used during both World Wars as a grain deposit, hence the name “Granary”. In the 60s it became the most famous dance bar of the Tiber High Valley, only to then become a shirt factory until 1985. After 2 years of neglect, the Pecorelli family acquired the building and began the lengthy refurbishment works which ended in 2008. The result was 6 apartments, made entirely from wood and finished with precious materials.
